Why do you need my contact information?

When you pay through our website, Phreesia may ask for identifying information so your payment is matched to the
correct patient record. You may be asked for your name, address, date of birth, and other details. An email address
is used to send your receipt. If you clicked through from an official payment reminder sent by our office, you may
not be asked for all of this information.
Can I pay a partial amount of my balance?

We recommend paying the full balance shown on your statement. If you prefer, you can enter a different amount.
You can also use the memo field to add a note about your payment.
What if I don’t know my exact balance?

If you clicked through from a payment reminder from our office, your balance may be pre-populated. If you are paying
from this page, please refer to your billing statement or contact our office so we can confirm your balance.
Can I use my HSA or FSA card?

Yes—HSA/FSA cards are typically accepted as long as they are issued by a major card network (e.g., Visa, Mastercard,
American Express, or Discover) and have the card network logo.
What kind of confirmation will I receive?

After your payment is approved, you’ll receive an emailed receipt with a reference number. Our office is also
notified of your payment and can use that reference number to help track it if needed.
