Our office is changing a little more every day, and we couldn’t be more excited to watch the progress happening inside. While the walls may be under construction, one thing will never change, our commitment to caring for you. Just like a renovation takes time, patience, and a solid plan, so does your health. Every appointment, every healthy choice, and every step forward helps build a stronger foundation for your future. Thank you for your patience as we continue improving our space. We’re still here, still seeing patients, and still ready to help you every step of the way. Here’s to a beautiful Monday, continued progress, and building something even better, both in our office and in your health.
When temperatures climb, it’s easy to think, “I’ll be fine.” But heat can affect anyone, children, older adults, outdoor workers, athletes, and even healthy adults. Remember to: • Drink water before you feel thirsty. • Wear light-colored, lightweight clothing. • Limit time outdoors during the hottest part of the day (10 AM–4 PM). • Never leave children or pets in a parked vehicle, even for a minute. • Check on family, friends, and neighbors who may be more vulnerable. Know the warning signs of heat-related illness: ✔️ Heavy sweating ✔️ Dizziness or headache ✔️ Muscle cramps ✔️ Nausea ✔️ Fatigue or weakness ✔️ Confusion or fainting If you or someone else experiences confusion, loses consciousness, or has a body temperature of 103°F or higher, seek emergency medical care immediately. Your health doesn’t take a vacation just because it’s summer. Stay cool, stay hydrated, and take care of yourself this week. ❤️ From […]
