Early detection of breast cancer significantly improves the chances of successful treatment and survival. Regular screening methods, such as mammograms, can identify breast cancer at an early stage, often before symptoms appear. When detected early, breast cancer is more likely to be confined to the breast and treated effectively with less aggressive therapies. Self-examinations and clinical exams also play a crucial role in recognizing any unusual changes.
