October is here, a month that brings cooler weather, changing leaves, and an important reminder of the strength found in community and health awareness. October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and this weekend marks the Especially for You® Race, a powerful event dedicated to supporting patients, survivors, and their families.
Some of our team will be walking alongside other fighters and survivors this year, showing our support and standing in solidarity with those whose journeys inspire us every day. It’s more than just a walk, it’s a celebration of hope, courage, and the importance of early detection and strong healthcare support.
As we look ahead to this weekend, we can’t help but reflect on our time at last year’s race. The energy, the stories shared, and the sea of pink reminded us how vital it is to come together, not only as a community but also as patients and providers united in the fight against breast cancer.
This October, we encourage everyone to take a moment to prioritize your health, schedule your screenings, and remember that prevention and early detection save lives.
We stand with all fighters, survivors, and families because no one walks this journey alone. đź’—
You may have seen a new smiling face around the office this past month as she’s been getting to know both our team and our wonderful patients and now we’re excited to officially introduce her! Please join us in welcoming Rachel Ozburn to our office family, and congratulating her on completing her Bachelor of Science in Nursing program at Mount Mercy University and officially becoming a Registered Nurse! Rachel has always had a passion for helping others, and many may also know her as a talented Esthetician. Her caring personality, dedication, and love for patient care make her a wonderful addition to our team.
As we gather with family, friends, and loved ones this weekend, may we also take a quiet moment to reflect on the sacrifices that made these moments possible. From all of us at our office, thank you to the heroes we remember today, and to the families who carry their legacy forward every day. Wishing our patients, staff, and community a safe, healthy, and meaningful Memorial Day weekend.
As we head into the holiday weekend, we hope you find a little time to relax, recharge, and enjoy the moments that matter most. Before the busy weekend begins, we’d love to hear from YOU… What’s one thing you do to stay healthy, happy, or balanced during holiday weekends? Whether it’s taking a walk, grilling healthier meals, staying hydrated, spending time with family, or simply slowing down for a moment, share it with us! From all of us at our office, thank you for trusting us with your care and allowing us to be part of your health journey. Wishing everyone a safe, happy, and healthy holiday weekend.
Memorial Weekend is kicking off summer. The lake days, cookouts, golf rounds, vacations, and long weekends are here. Feel like yourself when you show up for them🇺🇸 You can push through a lot. Long work days. Busy schedules. Stress. Lack of sleep. Family responsibilities. But constantly feeling exhausted, unmotivated, irritable, or “off” shouldn’t just be accepted as part of getting older. If your energy isn’t where it used to be… If your workouts aren’t hitting the same… If your drive, focus, or confidence feels different… It may not be “just age.” Low testosterone is more common than most men realize and the good news is, it’s treatable. Our office offers confidential testosterone therapy and men’s wellness treatments designed to help you feel stronger, sharper, and more energized again. No pressure. No judgment. Just real conversations about your health.
