As we welcome a new year, many of us reflect on how we feel, our energy, mood, motivation, and overall sense of well-being. The New Year often inspires a fresh start, and for many men and women, restoring hormonal balance can be a meaningful step toward feeling like themselves again.

At our office, we continue to offer personalized Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) options designed to support both men and women through different stages of life.

Bioidentical Hormone Pellets

We proudly offer hormone pellet therapy, which uses bioidentical hormones derived from plant sources. These pellets are placed just under the skin and release hormones consistently over time.

• Testosterone pellets are available for both men and women and may help support energy levels, strength, mental clarity, and overall vitality.

• Estrogen pellets are also available for women who desire estrogen support as part of their hormone plan.

Pellet therapy is often appreciated for its convenience and steady delivery, eliminating the ups and downs that can come with other methods.

New Offering: At-Home Testosterone Injections

In addition to pellets, we are excited to now offer testosterone injections that can be administered subcutaneously at home. This option provides added flexibility for patients who prefer a self-directed approach while still receiving medical guidance and monitoring from our office.

Your Hormones, Your Journey

Hormone needs are unique, and there is no one-size-fits-all solution. Our goal is to work with you to determine which option best fits your lifestyle, comfort level, and wellness goals.

As you set intentions for the year ahead, consider prioritizing how you feel from the inside out. The New Year is a powerful time to invest in your health, restore balance, and move forward feeling stronger and more aligned.

If you’re curious about hormone replacement therapy or want to explore whether it’s right for you, we invite you to contact our office to schedule a consultation.

Here’s to a new year and a healthier, more balanced you.

While losing an hour of sleep can feel a little rough on a Monday morning, the extra evening daylight brings a wonderful opportunity for something good, movement and fresh air. Daylight Saving Time was first widely adopted during World War I as a way to make better use of daylight hours and conserve energy. Over the years, it has become something many of us look forward to because it signals the approach of spring, longer days, and more time outside. And those longer evenings can be great for your health. That extra hour of daylight is the perfect reminder to: • Take a walk after dinner • Ride a bike with your family • Play outside with the kids or grandkids • Simply step outside for some fresh air and sunshine […]

  • March often makes us think of green, fresh starts, springtime, and a new season ahead. But there’s another important color this month: blue. 💙 March is Colorectal Cancer Awareness Month, a time dedicated to education, early detection, and prevention. As we step into the first Monday of March, it’s the perfect reminder to prioritize something we often put off, our health. ⸻ Why This Matters Colorectal cancer affects the colon or rectum and is one of the most common cancers in both men and women. The good news? It is highly treatable and often curable when caught early. Screenings save lives. Early detection truly makes all the difference. ⸻ Signs & Symptoms to Watch For Colorectal cancer can sometimes develop quietly, but there are symptoms you should never ignore: • Changes in bowel habits (diarrhea, constipation, or narrowing of stool) lasting more than a few days • Blood in or on the […]
