Sports season will be here before we know it, and appointment times fill up quickly! If your child is due for an annual Well Child Exam, we may be able to complete the sports physical during that visit. If it cannot be combined with the annual well visit, sports physicals are available for $45, are not billed through insurance, and payment is due at the time of service (immunization are not included with sports physicals). ✅ Be sure to bring your school form to the appointment!
