• Melanoma can develop anywhere on the body, even areas not exposed to the sun
• Early detection has a survival rate of over 99%
• Just one blistering sunburn can significantly increase your risk
Protect your force field:
• Wear SPF 30+ daily (yes, even on cloudy days!)
• Avoid peak sun hours when possible
• Keep an eye on moles using the ABCDE rule (Asymmetry, Border, Color, Diameter, Evolving)
