Tuesday: 8:00am - 4:00pm*
Wednesday: 9:00am - 4:00pm*
Thursday: 8:00am - 5:00pm*
Friday: 8:00am - 12:00pm

* Closed from 12:00pm - 1:00pm

Details

  • No appointment needed
  • Vaccines will be done on a first come, first serve basis
  • We will have a limited number of doses avilable so do not delay!
  • We will submit to insurance
  • Patient is responsible for any co-pay, coinsurance and/or deductible that applies to their insurance plan
  • The cost is $35 for patients without insurance
  • Flu Vaccines will be administered in our clinic for Medicare patients

Vaccines will be done on a first come, first serve basis.
